Hi there!
I'm Malori Evans.

I believe that my combined professional and personal experiences have allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the unique challenges neurodiverse individuals face. Along with a background as both a physician and neuro-informed specialist, I also have personal experience as an autistic woman, partner to a neurodiverse husband, and mother to 2 wonderful kids. This has helped me understand the wide array of communication, sensory, and emotional processing issues that can come with being neurodiverse. Having often felt unseen throughout my life, I also have a profound appreciation for the human need to be recognized and understood. As a queer woman in recovery from addiction, I’ve engaged in my own journey of healing, working through childhood trauma, family dynamics, grief, loss, and relationship challenges. These experiences shape my empathetic approach, allowing me to authentically connect with the people I support, fostering a safe and transformative environment. My own healing journey ignited my true calling: to work with others in the same transformative way I experienced through my dedicated mentor. Over the years, while raising two wonderful children, I pursued this passion. My experiences as a parent, particularly in moments of sensory overwhelm and overstimulation, led me to explore the nuances of autism diagnosis, deepening my understanding of neurodiversity. With my husband’s recent ADHD diagnosis, my personal and professional journey has expanded, giving me even more insight into the complexities of neurodiverse relationships and family dynamics.

Supporting Women

Women in society, especially in healthcare, are often overlooked, misunderstood, and ignored. Changing this narrative is at the core of my work, both personally and professionally. In my support of women, I strive to highlight the divine feminine and the strength it embodies. Women are inherently special and unique, and they deserve to be recognized and celebrated for their contributions. By creating a supportive environment where women can explore their identities and experiences, I empower them to embrace their individuality and harness their inner strength. Together, we work to dismantle the barriers that have held them back, fostering self-acceptance and resilience. My goal is to ensure that every woman feels valued, understood, and capable of reaching her fullest potential.

Women & Neurodiversity

Women often experience neurodiverse traits in distinctive ways that can profoundly impact their self-perception, relationships, and overall well-being. I am committed to creating a compassionate, safe space where women can explore their identities, embrace their neurodiversity, and address the unique challenges they encounter. By fostering self-acceptance and empowering women to navigate societal expectations, we can cultivate resilience and enable them to thrive in both their personal and professional lives. I am deeply dedicated to amplifying the voices of neurodiverse women, celebrating their unique strengths, and advocating for their needs. Together, we work toward building a supportive community that recognizes the value of diversity and encourages women to fully embrace their authentic selves.
